This matinee idol was inducted into the 501st Legion in July of 2022. While PCD has three characters in the Rebel Legion, "Pagetti Rook" is his first with the 501st. Rebel Legion and the 501st are international fan-based organizations dedicated to the construction and wearing of screen-accurate replicas of costumes and characters from the Star Wars universe. The organizations participate in community outreach and charitable efforts, including working closely with entities like Make-a-Wish Foundation and children's hospitals. PCD followed the breaking story on the Texas hard freeze and energy crisis in February of 2021, and provided coverage to national networks.

Saluting Houston and surrounding communities, PCD joined a massive formation of WWII aircraft for the Lone Star Flight Museum's "Fight to the Finish Flyover" commemorating the 75th anniversary of the end of WWII.
